This assumption is based on the fact that there are Bulletstorm Remaster files readily available on the Xbox press asset USB sticks Microsoft handed out to journalists at E3. The USB sticks contain multiple screenshots of Bulletstorm Remaster, which shows off the title’s improved graphics over its predecessor, and reveals a release window of spring 2017. So far, the only confirmed platform for Bulletstorm Remaster is Xbox One, but one has to imagine that the game will make its way to PC and PlayStation 4 at some point in the future as well....

In 2017, Bungie released its first-person shooter Destiny 2, and eventually transitioned the game to be free-to-play. The game allows players to pick one of three classes as they would in a role-playing game, and then develop their character however they wish. While Destiny 2 introduced few new innovations upon its predecessor, Destiny, the general opinion was that the release was an overall improvement from the original game. Destiny 2 has been generally well received and the game has routinely released new content since its original inception....

The first is for people who want to host a stream and raise money during their stream. The second is for anyone to donate to the charity or any of the streamers involved with the event. As hype continues to build for Destiny — thanks to claims like Activision’s (the game’s publisher) that it will become the best-selling new IP in history — the hybrid action RPG/shooter continues to sound more and more ambitious. In a tweet posted earlier today, Wall Street Journal tech journalist Sarah E. Needleman reported that Bungie intends to begin publishing its own games. According to the report, Bungie plans to use the $100 million invested by NetEase in the company to develop new IPs that it can publish itself and not rely on publishers like Activision-Blizzard, as it currently does for Destiny. “A big part of our focus is to self-publish in the future,” Bungie CEO Pete Parsons told New York Times....

John McCain’s threat to disrupt the Senate unless it acted on his bill, and Bush’s refusal to say he would veto it, forced House members to actually read the legislation....

Cingular, which was acquired by AT&T, recently decided that Apple’s iPhone will appeal to business users and the operator is now working hard to ensure that its backend enterprise billing and support systems will accommodate the device when it ships, said a source familiar with the company’s plans, who spoke on condition of anonymity. An AT&T spokesman said he couldn’t comment on the iPhone beyond when it will become available and its price....

Pitofsky’s problem is that, since he took over the FTC two years ago, his liberal, big-is-bad instincts have fallen victim to reality. Despite a record 3,000 U.S. mergers last year, he has warily cracked down on only a handful of deals.
